Application/efficiency: Resorcinol, a necessary component in direct bonding system
between rubber to metal or dipped fiber. Resorcinol formaldehyde resin, a cure-reaction
product during resorcinol and formaldehyde, is wide-spread used as key
material for enhance adhesion between reinforcing material and rubber compounds.
Resorcinol, is pure crystal form normally, hygroscopic by its nature. By
absorbing moisture, it tends to cake and discolor to brown, and its freezing point
is lowered. It is very hard to disperse uniformly in elastomer. It can obtain
excellent dispersion in compound while add it exceed 150`C during initial mixing
time, but the instability of the adhesion and blooming occur frequently. The
fume vapor is harmful to the health of workers. Loss during the processing can be
avoided and no vapor occurs by add crystalline resorcinol in the final mixing
time, but it is difficult to dispersing in mixtures. An unequal adhesive strength
will happen. Compound designers are persecuted by all above problems for a long
term.

PRT-HDR  is made from imported, high purity resorcinol which subjected to
special treatment and blended with polymer binder and dispersion agent, thus can
dispersed in compound easily during low temperature mixing, and all the composition
in the PRT-HDR enhance adhesion of compounds. Using PRT-HDR is able to avoid
fume vapor of crystal resorcinol in the process of compound, asymmetrical dispersion
and hygroscopic by absorbing moisture. Auto weighting technique can be adopted,
excellent dispersion, free from agglomerates, moistureproof. All these advantages
ensure the homogeneity and stability of the adhesive strength between
the rubber compounds and reinforcing material.

Rubber-to-metal bonding is favourably influenced by the excellent dispersion
of the granulated chemical. PRT-HDR high dispersing resorcinol is suitable
for use in manufacture of tires, conveyor belts, V-belts, round belts, fire hoses,
other reinforced hoses, flexible containers and fabric proofings. When using
PRT-HDR, no powder puffing and environment pollution and no harmful to health
